Apocalypse Paintball reservations:
Requirements, Benefits, and Policies
Apocalypse Paintball offers private play for reserve groups consisting of 10 players or more. We take reservations 7 days a week. We have a few special dates we are “closed” from normal operations for large events.
We would like you to make the reservation at least 2 weeks in advance, we can handle 48 hours. We just need time to get a referee for you. We need a minimum of 10 players, name of the group, time you would like to arrive, contact person’s phone number, and a credit card number to hold the spot. We do not charge the card unless you do not show up that day.
Weekday groups of 10 or more: Receive free standard equipment rental ($12.00 off per player) for the entire group.
Weekend groups of 10 or more: One in ten players receive free field fee and free standard equipment rental ($24.00 off for one player out of every 10)
Weekend groups of 30 or more: Receive free standard equipment rental ($12.00 off per player) for the entire group.
You are welcome to cancel the reservation at least 1 week (7 days) in advance. Less than 7 days you are welcome to reschedule the date. We charge the credit card $200.00 and that fee is credited to your group on the rescheduled date. Reservations for groups of 50+ require a $1000.00 non-refundable, cash deposit.
Apocalypse Paintball offers walk-on play. Just show up and play with as many, as few, or alone and join the walk-on group. Walk-ons are offered 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturdays and Sundays year round(please check out our few and far between closed dates), and 9:00am - 5:00pm 7 days a week from March through October.
On most weekends the walk-on groups range from 10 to 80 players. If there are enough players, and if there is a wide range of experience, we like to spilt the walk-on group into two separate groups. One with the experienced players and one with the lesser experienced players. Weekday walk-ons are more plentiful during the summer while school is out.
